bubble new york!

yesterday my mom and i went to the bubble kids trade show and it was theeeeeee cutest thing on the planet. my cheeks hurt from smiling at everything. unfortunately we weren't buyers so we couldn't lurk through people's stuff, but i got a few names and people who said they would be interested  in me applying for an internship (yay!).

i was wearing my bleached shirt (below) with little creature appliques on it and a few people said it was really cool. one guy even asked if it was totoro. frances was wearing a shirt i'd made for her last christmas and a few people said they like that as well.

my new bikeeeeeeeeeeeeee! i love it even though its shorter than anyone else's bike (fitting, since i'm shorter than anyone else too).

i can't wait till it gets warm out and i can ride it all over and everyone will be jealous that they don't have an old school schwinn and i do.
